Returns & Exchange Policy
1. Our returns policy
You get 14 calendar days to cancel your order because you have changed your mind. This two week cancellation period starts from the day you receive all of the items in your order.
If you receive faulty goods, you may also have the right to return these goods and to ask us to repair or replace them or get a refund.
2. Faulty Goods
We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. So that we can get this fixed for you please send us an email at CatholicmothersUK@gmail.com or fill in the Contact Form below.
To help us get this fixed for you ASAP, when you first contact us please include the following information;
- Your name
- Order number
- Product name and code*
- Picture of the fault
- Description of the fault
*The product name and code can be found on your order confirmation email
If you contact us via the 'Contact Us' form below, please have an image of the faulty item ready for when you receive a reply, as you won’t be able to attach the image on the form just yet.
We will email you back with return and refund information.
3. UK customers only - How to return an item and how much does it cost?
- Re-pack your item(s) in the original packaging, or in a secure, waterproof package with labels / tags still attached (if applicable).
- Securely label the parcel addressed to: CM Returns, 155 Bromley Road, London, SE6 2NZ
- Return your package via the Post Office, remembering to get proof of postage. Returns for unwanted goods or because you changed your mind are paid for by the buyer. Please don’t post your package without getting proof of postage. Keep it safe in case you need to use this as evidence of your return. Refunds will be made after we have received the goods. We recommend using a tracked or "signed for" service, in case of loss.
4. Customers in other countries
Please contact us to arrange your return. Returns for unwanted goods or because you changed your mind are paid for by the buyer. Please don’t post your package without getting proof of postage. Keep it safe in case you need to use this as evidence of your return. Refunds for the price of the item, not shipping, will be made after we have received the goods. We recommend using a tracked or "signed for" service, in case of loss.
